About Us
ChemJays LLC was founded in 2007 by a group of former technical and business managers with the aim of supplying specialty chemical products and technical assistance to underserved international customers. The company began operations as an exporter of industrial chemicals sourced from major suppliers in the US and a provider of international consulting services to selected companies in northeastern Ohio. The chemical export business was discontinued in recent years as we began focusing entirely on assisting clients with international trade subjects. In 2018, ChemJays expanded its international consulting services to include assistance with US import and export regulations, free trade agreements and most matters related to international trade. It also partnered with Town & Country Property Development Ltd to establish a contractual relationship with the Port of Cleveland to administer their Foreign Trade Zone program.

ChemJays Global Trade Group's approach is simple: We assist our clients only with topics where we have specific, real-life experience. Our partners and staff have decades of hands-on experience, both as practitioners as well as advisors to companies doing business around the world. This enables us to provide dedicated, in-depth service to our clients. We do not attempt to offer a one-stop solution, but in situations where we do not possess the expertise to directly assist our clients, our reputation and close links to the international community enable us to quickly identify providers that can complement our services.
