John Senese has 36 years of experience working for major multinational companies in the Chemical, Plastics and Automotive aftermarket industries, with 30 years directly focused on international business.
John began his career working for a major chemical distributor in Alaska and moved to Cleveland in the late 1980s to join the international department at BFGoodrich. He spent the next 14 years progressing through increasingly responsible positions, including two expatriate assignments in Europe and a corporate role as Managing Director for their South America business. John subsequently joined Myers Industries as General Manager of their international division, where he managed an organization with locations in 5 countries and sales around the world. Later on, he joined the Northeast Ohio Trade & Economic Consortium (NEOTEC) and rose to become their President & CEO.
He currently manages ChemJays Global Trade Group, a consulting firm focused on clients in need of support with international business matters, the US Foreign-Trade Zone program as well as import and export regulatory compliance. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Baldwin Wallace University, where he has been teaching in the MBA program since 2014.
From 2005 to 2011, Mr. Senese served on the board of the Northern Ohio District Export Council (NODEC), an advisory group to the US Department of Commerce Export Assistance Center. Members to this organization are individually appointed by the US Secretary of Commerce.
He is currently the President and Chairman of the Board at the International Business Network (www.neoibn.org) and serves on the board of directors at the British American Chamber of Commerce (www.baccohio.org). Both entities focus on the development of international business opportunities for Northeastern Ohio companies.

Ronald (Ron) W. DeBarr currently serves President & CEO of Town & Country Property Development, LTD, (TCPD) a limited liability company established in the State of Ohio. TCPD provides expertise to client companies with regard to Foreign-Trade Zone development and other international trade matters. Prior to establishing TCPD he was President & CEO of the Northeast Ohio Trade & Economic Consortium (NEOTEC), where he served from May 2001 to March 2018.
Mr. DeBarr has facilitated the dramatic growth of the Foreign-Trade Zone #181 program in Northeast Ohio, for which NEOTEC served as grantee. In 2012, he entered into an agreement with the Port of Cleveland to become Zone Administrator of Foreign-Trade Zone #40. He was also instrumental in establishing a forum for logistics professionals in the region through the formation and administration of the 200-member Northeast Ohio Logistics Network.
Mr. DeBarr is past president of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals – Cleveland Roundtable. He also served on the Business Advisory Board at Walsh University, where he received his B.A. degree in Business Management.
Professional affiliations have included the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones (NAFTZ), where he had served as Vice Chairman to the Board of Directors and received certification as an Accredited Zones Specialist. He was appointed to the Northern Ohio District Export Council by U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke, and past board member of the Northeast Ohio International Business Network. He was also inducted into the Phi Beta Delta Society of International Scholars.
